Chicken White qorma is some sour and spicy recipe very popular among Pakistanis. It is beauty of Pakistani cousins that they are rich of fun in cooking and eating. Whit qorma is usually served on get together s and family occasions with naan, chapati or shirmal. Qorma is popular since Imperial times on subcontinent many years ago, it was a special cousin among mughal people. every qorma is rich of spices and gives a delightful dinner or lunch that's why qorma is one of most popular cousins at Pakistan as we all know the dedication of Pakistanis with spices.
  
It is mentioned in the name of chicken white qorma that it is white in color but rich of all required spices and ingredients. white qorma is usually cooked with chicken or meat of a bird because only white meats are suitable for white qorma, red meats never results better in white qorma. So you have to take only white meat for white qorma. 

Now get ready for cooking it. collect all ingredients mentioned below from an ordinary market, it is not hard to collect them, most of them are present at home search in your refrigerator only and cupboards in the kitchen.wash chicken, beat yogurt, cut onions, put a pan on your stove and start cooking by following instructions below. step by step instructions are easy to follow. 

Ingredients

  1. Chicken : 1 kg
  2. Yogurt : 2 cups
  3. Onion : 3 (sliced)
  4. Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
  6. Hot spices : 2 tbsp (whole)
  7. Salt : as required
  8. Whole red chilli : 10
  9. Turmeric powder : 1/3 tsp
  10. Ginger : 1 tbsp (chopped)
  11. Oil : 1/3 cup
  12. Water : if required

Steps

  1. Heat oil and fry onion for some time, do not turn to golden or brown.
  2. Take out onion on a tissue or absorbent paper and crush it well.
  3. Slice red chillies into two halves each, remove small seeds and crush them to a powder.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste, fry for a while and add chicken to it.
  5. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat. then add whole spices, salt, crushed chilli seeds, turmeric powder, and all other ingredients. cover and cook till chicken is tender on low or medium flame.
  6. In the end add chopped ginger and fry till water is completely evaporated.
  7. Turn off flame and serve with chapati or naan.

Easy milk burfi



Easy milk burfi is an awesome sweet very popular in India and Pakistan. especially it seems an essential part of special events like eid ul fitar, marriage events and parties. Its one of best sweets in my life and is essential part of every happy event in my life. i don't want to pass any of my especial events without milk burfi. it tastes really awesome, so i recommend you to must use it and enjoy your especial occasions!

Some one who is special for you but he/she is angry with you these days and you can not live long time without him/her than make my awesome sweet milk burfi and serve to him/her. i guarantee it that you will take him/her back to a happy mood by this sweet! so must try and keep enjoying.....



Ingredients

  1. Condensed milk : 1 cup 
  2. Cream : 1 cup 
  3. Milk powder : 1 cup
  4. Pistachio : 50 grams
  5. Rose water : 1 tbsp 
  6. Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp 
  7. Sugar : 1/2 cup 

Steps 

  1. Mix condensed milk, cream, milk powder,sugar, rose water, pistachio and cardamom powder in microwave bowl.
  2.   Put into microwave for about 4 minutes, take out and cut into squares.
  3. Allow to set then serve.

Achari gobhi

Achari gobhi


Here is a spicy cauliflower recipe which nearly tastes like pickled cauliflower and it should be served with wheat flour tortillas or paratha. you can add potatoes to it if you like. must try!

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower : 1 kg 
  2. Yogurt : 1 cup
  3. Achari masala : 2 tbsp 
  4. Salt : as required
  5. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder : ¼  tsp
  7. Onion : 1 chopped 
  8. ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp 
  9. Oil : ¼ cup 

Steps

  1. Divide cauliflower into small florets, mix yogurt, achari masala, chili powder and ginger garlic paste to it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2.  Heat oil, fry onion till tender and light brown and add the cauliflower , turmeric powder and salt to it.
  3. Stir well, cover and cook on low flame till tender.
  4. Fry well and turn off the flame. garnish with coriander and serve.

Asian chicken salad ایشین چکن کا سلاد

Asian Chicken Salad

 Asian Chicken Salad is a crunchy and tasty Chinese recipe having all nutritious ingredients that's why it is best for everyone with dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

  1. Brown sugar : 2 tbsp : براؤن شوگر
  2. Soy sauce : 2 tbsp : سویا ساس
  3. Sesame oil : 2 tbsp : تلوں کا تیل
  4. Vegetable oil : ¼ cup : سبزیوں کا تیل
  5. White vinegar : 3 tbsp : سفید سرکہ
  6. Dried rice noodles : 1 packet : چاولوں کی نوڈلز
  7. Iceberg lettuce : 1 cut into large pieces : ایک بن گوبھی کٹی ہوئی
  8. Chicken breasts: 4 (boiled and shredded): چکن کے سینے کا گوشت(ابال کر ریشے کر لیں)۔
  9. Green onion(chopped) : 3 : ہری پیاز باریک کٹی ہوئی
  10. Sesame seeds : 1 tbsp : تل(بھنے ہوئے)۔

Steps

  1. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar and mix well. this is dressing prepared for salad.
  2. Heat some oil in a skillet, break off a little bit of noodles add to oil and fry till noodles puff up. fry all noodles same way and drain on a paper towel.
  3. In a large bowl combine iceberg lettuce, chicken, green onion, and toasted sesame seeds, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. Before serving add in noodles pour seasoning on the top of the salad , mix well and serve.

ترکیب کی تفصیل

  1.  براؤن شوگر، سویا ساس، تلوں کا تیل، سفید سرکہ اچھی طرح مکس کر کے ایک طرف رکھ دیں.
  2. تیل گرم کریں اس میں نوڈلز کو توڑ کر تھوڑی سی نوڈلز تیل میں ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔ جب پھول جائیں تو نکال لیں اور ساری نوڈلز اسی طرح تیار کر لیں.
  3. ایک بڑے برتن میں بن گوبھی، چکن، ہری پیاز، اور بھنے ہوئے تلوں کو مکس کر لیںاور 10 منٹ کے لیئے رکھ دیں.
  4. سرو کرنے سے پہلے نوڈلز اور مکسچر ڈال دیں اور سرو کریں.
