Achari gobhi

Achari gobhi


Here is a spicy cauliflower recipe which nearly tastes like pickled cauliflower and it should be served with wheat flour tortillas or paratha. you can add potatoes to it if you like. must try!

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower : 1 kg 
  2. Yogurt : 1 cup
  3. Achari masala : 2 tbsp 
  4. Salt : as required
  5. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder : ¼  tsp
  7. Onion : 1 chopped 
  8. ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp 
  9. Oil : ¼ cup 

Steps

  1. Divide cauliflower into small florets, mix yogurt, achari masala, chili powder and ginger garlic paste to it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2.  Heat oil, fry onion till tender and light brown and add the cauliflower , turmeric powder and salt to it.
  3. Stir well, cover and cook on low flame till tender.
  4. Fry well and turn off the flame. garnish with coriander and serve.
